    Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Syrup: (1/4c.) 1 pt
    Smucker's Sugar Free Jam: (1 TBL) Zero Points
    Jif Reduced Fat Peanut Butter: (1/2 serving = 1 TBL) 2 pts
    Thomas' Light English Muffin: (1 muffin) 1 pt
